Gardening Goodness

I thought I'd share what Kerm and I were up to this week-end. We finally planted all of the geraniums, replanted the petunias and marigolds in potting soil instead of garden soil (didn't realize just how dry "garden soil" could get!), and transplanted almost all of the strawberry plants into our new, nifty, clay strawberry planter. It was a productive Saturday.

You've got beautiful plants and flowers Mama Joules. I love looking at them. Gardening is indeed a productive activity because you can see the work of your hands and the beauty of nature. This is why I also love gardening.

雅婷雅婷宛佳, you have a point. I should probably focus more on the happiness of simply being and less on what I've accomplished. Thanks for dropping by!

Mary, thanks so much for the kind words. I do like that feeling of accomplishment after gardening. I especially like the day after we've repotted everything and thoroughly watered the plants. When I go outside the next day and see my plants perky and thriving, I feel happy indeed. :) BTW, I am going to have to spend more time looking at your website! We could really use a storage shed.
